While di'Taykan are, in their own ways, just as messed up as humans as a species, there's something to be said for growing up without concepts like repression or masculinity. He's never had any reason to think of giving oral as a trial or a favor, just one of several rather low-commitment ways to liven up sex. One that he happens to be pretty good at. Maybe not as good as someone with Mort's tongue, but he likes the attention and the power and it's a good way to keep people hooked when they might have better options. Mort asking for it seems, again, sort of sweet.
That, and he gets to try out the tongue after? Fuk yes. He runs a long-fingered hand down Mort's side to his hip and begins to kiss his way sloppily down, mumuring in Taykan. If humans and krai are anything to go by, babbling in a tone-based, lilting language usually counts as sexy. He could talk about the weather if he wanted.
